The test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh is about to start. Now the hope is that before any test series, its atmosphere should be prepared and discussions should be held about the possible clashes between the players, but at present the discussion in Pakistan is about the decisions of the Cricket Board. Pakistan Cricket Board is taking one decision after another, which are first becoming the reason for embarrassment and then the decisions being taken to avoid it are also not showing a good situation. Once again the reason for discussion is related to the second test match, whose venue has been changed by PCB 12 days in advance.

Already suffered humiliation

The Test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh will begin on Wednesday, August 21. Two matches are to be played in this series and the second Test is in constant discussions even before the cricket action starts. A few days ago, PCB had started the ticket price for this match to be held at Karachi's National Stadium at just 50 Pakistani rupees (15 rupees in India) so that people can come to watch the match. In the last 2-3 years, there has been a huge lack of spectators in Karachi from the Pakistani team to PSL matches, due to which PCB has had to face embarrassment.

Now the venue has been changed 12 days ago

Then the PCB cancelled this decision and decided to hold the match in an empty stadium without any spectators. The reason given by the PCB was the ongoing reconstruction of the stadium, which is being done for the Champions Trophy. Some former Pakistani cricketers objected to this and said that holding the match in an empty stadium would be an insult to Pakistan cricket. Now the PCB has also realized this and has decided to change the venue of the match.

On Sunday, August 18, the board decided to hold the second Test match in Rawalpindi instead of Karachi. This decision has been taken citing the construction work of the stadium. The second Test is to be held from August 30. The only relief for the Pakistani board is that it will not have to make any preparations in the new venue for the second Test because the first Test match is also to be played in Rawalpindi. In such a situation, both the teams will not have to run around for the second Test and the PCB will also be able to avoid the embarrassment of an empty stadium.
