Former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni) has turned 43. Even after which his fans want to see him playing in IPL 2025. Due to which it is expected that Dhoni can now be retained in CSK under the uncapped rule.
Because, according to the uncapped rule, if a player has retired from international cricket and it has not been 5 years yet, then that player will be considered uncapped. Due to which CSK can retain Dhoni in its team in the mega auction of the uncapped rule.
Former CSK captain MS Dhoni is the most successful captain of IPL. Because, under his captaincy, he has won the IPL trophy for CSK 5 times. But in IPL 2024, Dhoni left the captaincy and now the team is being captained by Rituraj Gaikwad. However, Dhoni is still playing as a wicketkeeper batsman.
