Scotland vs Australia T20I Series 2024: Scotland has announced a 17-member team for the T20 International series against Australia. The command of the team has been handed over to Richie Berrington. Let us tell you that this will be the first bilateral series between the two teams, so far only one match has been played between the two teams in this format.

The only clash between the two teams took place in the T20 World Cup 2024. Scotland performed brilliantly in that match, but failed to cross the threshold of victory.

Scotland has got fast bowler Charlie Castle in the team, who performed brilliantly in his ODI debut last month. Castle created history by taking 7 wickets for 21 runs in the match against Oman. He became the best bowler in the debut ODI match. On the basis of this performance, he received the ICC Player of the Month award for July 2024.

The three-match T20 series between Scotland and Australia will begin on September 4. All three matches will be played at the Grange Cricket Club in Edinburgh.
