Litton Das breaks silence on reports of his house getting burnt down during protests in Bangladesh

Amid the ongoing protest by students and the anger against the government, the situation continues to be grim in Bangladesh.

On August 9, Litton Das took to Facebook to address the rumours regarding the attack on his residence. He clarified that such reports were false and that no such incident had happened.

He urged everyone to come together to take Bangladesh forward instead of getting involved in wrong activities. Das condemned the ongoing violence.

The star batter praised the efforts of people from Dinajpur for protecting each other.

Das expressed confidence that Bangladesh would remain united and get rid of violence.

Anamul Haque, a member of the Bangladesh A squad, lost one of his close friends. The ICC is also monitoring the situation in the sub-continent country regarding the ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
