Now they will face India in the final on 28 July. In the second semi-final played at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium, Dambulla, Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bowl first.

Batting first, Pakistan scored 140 runs in 20 overs for the loss of 4 wickets. Muniba Ali scored the most runs from the team. She faced 34 balls and scored 37 runs with the help of 5 fours. Sri Lanka chased the target and won the match by scoring 141 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 19.5 overs. Captain Chamari Atapattu scored the most runs for Sri Lanka. She played a half-century innings of 68 runs with the help of 9 fours and a six in 48 balls. Anushka Sanjivani scored 24* runs with the help of a four and a six in 22 balls. Atapattu and Sanjivani added 42(29) runs for the 5th wicket. Kavisha Dilhari scored 17 runs with the help of 2 fours in 18 balls. Atapattu and Dilhari shared a 59(46) run partnership for the third wicket. Sadia Iqbal took the most 4 wickets for Pakistan. Omaima Sohail and Nida Dar took one wicket each.
