A discussion was going on on a Pakistani news channel regarding this NOC issue, when former cricketer Sikandar Bakht made a shocking statement. Sikandar Bakht said in this debate, 'You people are saying that if the earnings of these children are stopped then what will happen to them. Friend, these are the players who were recently getting their photos clicked for 25 dollars (2000 rupees). This is their antics despite having so much money. Actually this incident happened during the T20 World Cup 2024, when Pakistani players came into the limelight.

There was a ruckus in T20 World Cup 2024

According to reports, the Pakistani team or management had organized a 'meet and greet' event with Pakistani players in a restaurant in New York, for which a fee of $25 was charged. Former Pakistani player Rashid Latif himself revealed this while sharing a video on social media. He said, 'I have heard about the official dinner, but this was a private dinner. Who did this? Yaar, who can do this? This is nonsense. This means that you can meet our players for $25. May Allah bless them. If there was any problem, people would have said that the boys are earning money.'

According to a report in Pakistan's newspaper 'Jang', some players of the Pakistan cricket team also took $2500 to attend an event during the T20 World Cup 2024. This event was organized in Dallas. The report also said that another event called 'Ek Shaam Sitaron Ke Saath' was canceled because there was a difference in the payment to be given to captain Babar Azam and the rest of the players.
