India defeated Afghanistan by 127 runs in the third T20I to complete a 3-0 clean sweep. Chasing 222 for their first win, Afghans were dismissed for  94 runs in 14.1 overs, with captain Ibrahim Zadran amassing 16-ball 25 for his team. None of the batters posted a half-century, with Nitish Kumar Reddy and Ravi Bishnoi taking three wickets each. Axar Patel got rid of two batters.

Earlier, India accumulated 221 for 7 in 20 overs, with Abhishek Sharma leading the charge.
