Smriti Mandhana won the ICC Women's Cricketer of the Year title for the second time on the basis of her excellent performance in 2021. This title is known as the Rachel Hayhoe-Flint Award. Earlier she won this award in 2018. She became the second player in the world to do so. Smriti joined Australian star Alice Perry in the club of cricketers who won this award twice.
