Andre Russell broke Travis Head's bat in the 11th match of Major League Cricket. Yes, Russell bowled a powerful ball which broke Head's bat into two pieces.

MLC 2024: The 11th match of the Major League Cricket 2024 tournament was played between Washington Freedom and Los Angeles Knight Riders in which Washington's team won easily with 8 wickets and 4 overs remaining. Opener Travis Head played a stormy innings of 54 runs in 32 balls for the Washington team.

During his innings, he hit 2 fours and 6 long sixes. However, he was in the news for some other reason apart from his batting. Actually, when Andre Russell was bowling to Head, Russell bowled a fast ball which broke Head's bat. After this, Head had to order a new bat. You can see the video of this incident below.
