Actually, all the 15 players included in the World Cup squad have been given Rs 5 crore each and this includes players like Sanju Samson, Yuzvendra Chahal, Yashasvi Jaiswal who did not play even a single match. Apart from this, it has been announced to give Rs 5 crore to head coach Rahul Dravid as well.

These 4 players will get only 1 crore rupees

Let us tell you that when BCCI announced the team for the T20 World Cup, at that time 4 players were kept in reserve, which included the names of Shubman Gill, Rinku Singh, Avesh Khan and Khalil Ahmed. However, Gill and Avesh were released from the list of reserve players by the cricket board after the group stage match.

So both Rinku and Khalil were with Team India during the entire World Cup. Now these four players will get Rs 1 crore each. BCCI has decided to give prize money to reserve players as well.

Actually, selectors will also get money from this prize money and they will get Rs 1 crore as a reward. Apart from head coach Rahul Dravid, other coaching staff will get Rs 2.5 crore, which includes batting coach, fielding coach and bowling coach.
