Azam has played many matches for Guyana Amazon Warriors and Barbados Royals. Sayyam Ayyub played in the CPL only last year, but in the second season itself, PCB forbade him from playing. Azam-Saiyam both flop

Both Azam Khan and Saim Ayyub have been given many opportunities by the Pakistan cricket team but these players have not been able to prove themselves yet. Saim Ayyub has scored only 309 runs in 23 T20 matches and has not scored a single half-century. His batting average is also 14.71 and strike rate is just 122. Azam Khan has also scored 88 runs in 14 T20 matches at an average of just 8.80. He has not scored a single half-century either. It is clear that PCB now wants to train these two players in domestic cricket so that their game can improve.
