Champions Trophy 2025: Team India recently won the T20 World Cup title after 17 years under the leadership of captain Rohit Sharma by winning the final match on the ground of Barbados. After winning the T20 World Cup title, Team India has to participate in the Champions Trophy 2025 in the year 2025.

The selection committee for the Champions Trophy 2025 can soon announce a 15-member team squad. Which will include 4-4 players playing from Mumbai Indians in IPL cricket, while only 2-2 players can be given a chance from the team of Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

Rohit Sharma will be the captain of Team India for Champions Trophy

Team India has recently won the T20 World Cup title under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. After which it is now believed that BCCI is going to give the responsibility of captaincy of Team India to Rohit Sharma for the edition of Champions Trophy 2025 to be held in the year 2025.

This will be the last chance for Rohit Sharma when he will play the role of captain for Team India in any white ball format.

4 players each from MI-RR and 2 players each from CSK-RCB will get a chance

According to information received from sources, the selection committee may give a chance to Rohit Sharma, Jaspreet Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Ishan Kishan from Mumbai Indians in the probable team squad to be selected for the Champions Trophy 2025 to be held in Pakistan.

Yashasvi Jaiswal, Riyan Parag, Yuzvendra Chahal and Avesh Khan can be given a chance in the team squad from Rajasthan Royals. Rituraj Gaikwad and Deepak Chahar can get a chance from Chennai Super Kings and RR can be given a chance in the team from Royal Challengers Bangalore.
