Virat Kohli has announced his retirement from T20 International. Kohli shocked everyone by announcing his retirement after leading Team India to the title in the final against South Africa. Team India defeated South Africa by 7 runs in the final played in Barbados and with this, Team India created history by winning the T20 World Cup for the second time after 17 years. Kohli scored the highest 76 runs for Team India in the final and played an important role in leading the team to victory. Kohli was also given the Player of the Match award for this performance.

In the final against South Africa, Team India batted first and scored 176 runs.

Kohli played a strong innings in difficult conditions. He scored 76 runs in 59 balls, which included 6 fours and 2 sixes.
