There is a 75 percent chance of rain in the final match to be played on June 29 in Barbados, West Indies.

In such a situation, if it rains and the match cannot be played on 29 June, this reserve match will be played on the reserve day. However, the sad thing is that there is a possibility of rain on the reserve day kept on Sunday as well. In such a situation, if it rains on the reserve day of the T20 World Cup final and the match cannot be played, then the results will be declared as per ICC rules.

If it rains in T20 WC Final, then ICC will make this team the winner

If there is heavy rain on both days in Barbados and the final match between India and South Africa is not played, then as per the rules of the International Cricket Council, India and South Africa will be declared joint winners.

However, this is highly unlikely to happen as ICC umpires will try their best to ensure that the match can be played even if it means reducing the number of overs.

However, if the match does not happen, this will be the first time in the history of T20 World Cup that two teams will be declared joint winners.
