Due to which now the champion team of IPL 2024, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) can release some big players from the team before IPL 2025. In which the names of Shreyas Iyer and Rinku Singh can also be included.

Shreyas Iyer and Rinku Singh may be released

KKR team can retain Sunil Narine, Andre Russell, Harshit Rana and Varun Chakraborty from their team before the mega auction. Whereas KKR can release team captain Shreyas Iyer and Rinku Singh from their team before IPL 2025.

Because, Rinku Singh's performance was not good in IPL 2024, while Iyer did not perform well with the bat. Due to which there is very little hope of retention of these two players.

Venkatesh Iyer and Philip Salt may also be released
