The Indian hockey team, which won the bronze medal in the Tokyo Olympics, is now ready to shine in the Paris Olympics. Hockey India has announced the Indian hockey team for the Paris Olympics, which will be captained by Harmanpreet Singh while Hardik Singh will be the vice-captain.

The Indian hockey team has some senior players who played in the last Olympics as well as five players who will make their debut in the Olympics. Indian players are currently busy preparing for the Olympics in the national camp at the SAI center in Bengaluru.

Harmanpreet Singh, Sanjay, Raj Kumar Pal, Abhishek and Sukhjeet Singh will play in the Olympics for the first time. The big news is that Neelkant Sharma, who was part of the team in the last Olympics, has been kept in the substitute player.

Dilpreet Singh has not even got a chance in the team. Goalkeeper Krishna Pathak will be the substitute player for the second consecutive Olympics.
