Team India will play semi-final match against England

Team India has to play its semi-final match against England in the T20 World Cup 2024 on 27 June at the Guyana ground. By winning this semi-final to be held at the Guyana ground, Team India would like to avenge its defeat in the 2022 T20 World Cup.

If Team India is successful in doing this, then Team India can make its place in the final of T20 World Cup 2024 and can win the T20 World Cup title for India again after 17 years.

There may be a clash between India and Afghanistan in the final

If Team India wins its semi-final match against England and on the other hand, if Afghanistan defeats South Africa, then Team India and Afghanistan (IND VS AFG) can face each other for the title battle on 29 June at the Barbados ground.

If this happens, this will be the first time that the Afghanistan team will make it to the final of any ICC event.
