According to media reports, the selection committee may once again give the captaincy of Team India to Rohit Sharma for the T20 series against England, while Riyan Parag and Mayank Yadav may be given a chance to debut in the team squad selected for this series.

T20 series will be played against England from January 22

A series of 5 T20 matches will be played between Team India and England from 22 January to 02 February. The first match of the 5 T20 series against England will be played in Chennai, the second in Kolkata, the third in Rajkot, the fourth in Pune and the fifth in Mumbai.

According to the media reports related to this series, Rohit Sharma can be seen captaining Team India and can announce his retirement from T20 cricket by playing his last T20 match for Team India at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

In the team squad selected for the 5 T20 match series against England, the selection committee can include star players like Riyan Parag and Mayank Yadav in the Indian team squad and provide them an opportunity to debut for Team India.
