If Gautam Gambhir becomes the coach, he will start his tenure with the Sri Lanka tour. However, no official information has been revealed about this yet.
A BCCI source told PTI, “There is a possibility that VVS Laxman will travel to Zimbabwe along with some of the NCA coaches. Whenever Rahul Dravid and the first team coach took a break during their tenure, Laxman and his team have always come forward.”
