Ravindra Jadeja : The Super 8 matches will be played from today (19 June) in the T20 World Cup 2024. Team India will play its first match in the Super 8 against Afghanistan on 20 June at the Barbados ground.
Before this match to be held on the ground of Barbados, Ravindra Jadeja has been given a big shock by the ICC. After which it is now believed that Ravindra Jadeja will not get a chance to play even in the playing 11 of the match against Afghanistan.
Team India's veteran all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has not been included in the list of top 11 players in the T20 format all-rounder rankings recently released by the ICC.

Team India's veteran all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has so far participated in all the matches of T20 World Cup 2024 for Team India, but despite that Ravindra Jadeja has neither done anything amazing with the bat nor has given any success to Team India with the ball in this edition of the World Cup. Due to which there is also a demand in Indian cricket to remove Ravindra Jadeja from the World Cup (T20 World Cup 2024) squad.
Team India's veteran all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja's performance has been poor in the T20 World Cup.
Due to which, now captain Rohit Sharma can remove Ravindra Jadeja from the playing 11 in the Super 8 matches and give a chance to veteran leg spinner Kuldeep Yadav in the team in his place.
