Team India has to go on an Australian tour in the month of November to play the 'Border-Gavaskar Test Series'. This tour is very important for the Indian team because by winning this Test series, Team India will remain in the race for the 'World Test Championship Final 2025'.
The management of Team India is speeding up its preparations for the Border-Gavaskar Test series. It has been revealed through many secret sources that the management may hand over the captaincy of Team India to a new player on this tour.
It is being said about Team India's wicketkeeper batsman KL Rahul that the BCCI management can hand over the captaincy of the Indian team to him for the Border-Gavaskar Test series. KL Rahul has been seen as a captain by the BCCI management for a long time. For some time now, KL Rahul has shown excellent performance as a captain and for this reason the management can consider his name.
The BCCI management is currently looking for a coach and that is why it is being said that VVS Laxman can soon be appointed as the coach of the Indian team. VVS Laxman is currently working as the head of the National Cricket Academy and that is why he is most likely to become the coach. VVS Laxman can also be appointed as the coach by the management in the Border-Gavaskar Test series.
The Border-Gavaskar Test series will start from the month of November and the first match of this series will be played on 22 November at Perth ground. The second match of the series will be played at Adelaide ground from 6 December while the third match will be played at Brisbane ground from 14 December and the fourth match will be played at Melbourne ground from 26 December and the last match will be played at Sydney ground from 3 January 2025.
