Champions Trophy 2025 : The 9th edition of the T20 World Cup is being played on the grounds of West Indies and America. After the end of the T20 World Cup, the next event will be organized by the ICC in Pakistan in early 2025.

According to the schedule set by the ICC, the Champions Trophy 2025 is going to be played in the year 2025, but even before that there is confusion over India's participation in this event, but meanwhile, according to reports published in the Pakistani media, now Team India will also tour Pakistan to participate in the Champions Trophy 2025.

BCCI and PCB meeting to be held in America

According to reports published in Pakistani media, some officials of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and BCCI are currently present in America.

Keeping this occasion in mind, Pakistan Cricket Board and ICC have talked about organizing a meeting. In which apart from the boards of India and Pakistan, officials from other countries will also participate.

In this meeting, it is believed that the Pakistan Cricket Board will invite the Indian team from BCCI to come to Pakistan and participate in the Champions Trophy 2025. After which the BCCI will decide whether Team India will tour Pakistan after the year 2008 or not?

The tournament will be held from February 19 to March 9

The ICC has to find a window from 19 February to 9 March to organize the Champions Trophy 2025 to be held in Pakistan.

In such a situation, this will be the first time after 1996 that any event will be organized by the ICC in Pakistan. The Pakistan team is also the defending champion of the tournament to be held between 19 February and 9 March. In the final match of the last Champions Trophy held in 2017, Pakistan defeated India and won the Champions Trophy.

India-Pakistan match may happen on 1st March

If BCCI sends Team India to Pakistan (IND VS PAK) to participate in Champions Trophy 2025, then a match will be played between Team India and Pakistan on March 1 at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

This match will be the first ODI match after the World Cup 2023 match which both the teams will play against each other.
