India A will play their final unofficial Test match against New Zealand A starting on Saturday. The game will be hosted at the Bert Sutcliffe Oval in Lincoln, where the first match was played. The series currently stands at 0-0, with the first two games ending in a draw.

There is some good news for Indian cricket fans as jasprit bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja are going to play in the game, as per several reports. Both players are in the squad for the two-match Test series, which is slated to begin on 19th November. It will be a great workout for most of the players who are set to be part of the massive series which starts in less than two weeks.

It will be a key game for Bumrah, who hasn’t played red-ball cricket for nearly a year. The 32-year-old missed the Sri Lanka tour due to an injury.

Jadeja, on the other hand, played a few games for Saurashtra and was in good form with the bat and ball. In the two games, the all-rounder scored 123 runs with the bat, including a century and also claimed seven wickets. He was dropped from the ODI side after his below-par returns during the West Indies series.

Rishabh Pant set to miss the game

Rishabh Pant will not be taking part in the game as he still hasn’t recovered from his injury. The 29-year-old was last seen playing for Rest of India in the Irani Cup against Jammu and Kashmir, where he led his side to a title.

Another Indian star who could feature in the XI is Tilak Varmawho was retained to play the game after the T20I series. The southpaw scored two fifties and a century with the bat during the Duleep Trophy campaign in August this year.
