Delhi: New Zealand cricket team's fast bowler Jacob Duffy is greatly influenced by former Indian captain Virat Kohli. Duffy, who has shared the dressing room with Kohli at Royal Challengers Bangalore, has praised his simplicity and way of working. Before the ODI series against New Zealand, he told that meeting Kohli was a special experience for him.

Duffy was impressed after seeing Kohli

Let us tell you that senior players like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have reached New Zealand for the ODI series. During this time, Duffy met Kohli in the gym. He said,

'I saw them yesterday. He was at the gym, so it was nice to meet him there. In India he is like a religious figure, a superstar there. But the way he welcomed us foreign players at Royal Challengers Bangalore and remained down to earth was fantastic. I am very grateful to him for this.

Duffy further said that it would be great to play against him now, because I have shared the dressing room with him. His way of working is very good. I used to bowl him a lot in the nets because he always came to bat first and I used to bowl first.
