Nitish Reddy entered an unwanted record list after an expensive outing with the ball in the fourth T20I against New Zealand in Auckland on Friday, conceding 64 runs to join an unenviable group of Indian bowlers.

Reddy's figures placed him alongside Yuzvendra Chahal and Varun Chakravarthy for the second-most expensive spell by an Indian bowler in T20I cricket. Krishna tops the list with 68 runs conceded against Australia in Guwahati in 2023, while Chahal had leaked 64 against South Africa in Centurion in 2018. Chakravarthy also conceded 64 against England at the Wankhede in 2026.
