Delhi:On Saturday, West Indies announced its ODI and T20 team for the upcoming limited overs series against India. Three ODI and five T20 International matches will be played between the two teams from 27 September to 18 October. The series matches will be held in eight different cities of India.

Shai Hope will lead both the West Indies teams. While the team management has expressed confidence in the players who have performed well in the recent series in ODI, at the same time, keeping the future in mind, some new faces have also been given a chance in the T20 team.

This player returned to West Indies ODI team

John Campbell has returned to the West Indies ODI team. Due to hamstring injury, he could not play in the last two ODI matches against New Zealand.

At the same time, Akeem Auguste will not be a part of the India tour due to injury. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation after surgery in August. In his place, Jewel Andrew has been included in the team, who will be an option to bat in the top and middle order.
